Q: Can I return a product if I am unhappy?
A: Yes, absolutely. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase in the first thirty (30) days you may return the unused portion for a full refund (less shipping and handling) or exchange it for other treats of your choice (equal value). Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@baystatebiscuits.com for details.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: We are required to collect 5% sales tax from all Massachusetts residents.
Q: How should I store my Bay State Biscuits?
A: Bay State Biscuits are packaged in air-tight containers and should be stored in a cool, dry place. To maximize shelf life we recommend that you close the bag tightly after each use and refrigerate.
Q: Where can I buy Bay State Biscuits?
A: You can buy Bay State Biscuits in 2 oz. individual serving sizes and/or our 12 oz. bags at these locations.
Q: I would like to sell Bay State Biscuits. Do you offer a wholesale pricing program?
A: Yes. Please contact us at wholesale@baystatebiscuits.com for detailed information. Please include a name and phone number if you would prefer that we call.
Q: I love your logo. Do you sell hats or t-shirts?
A: Not yet, but we plan to make caps, t-shirts, etc. available soon. Send us an e-mail at merchandise@baystatebiscuits.com to let us know what you’d like and we’ll make it a top priority.
Q: What do you mean by “human-grade” ingredients?
A: Some pet foods and treats are made with by-products, fillers or other substances that are not suitable for human consumption. Bay State Biscuits are made with all-natural, fresh, ingredients that humans eat. We test all of our biscuits by eating them ourselves. (In fact, at least one of our bakers doesn’t just test. She regularly eats the Hanover St. Herb and Parmesan Biscuits crumbled up in beef stew.) |
